Rental Market Changing in Las Vegas?

Is the rental market in Las Vegas changing? Hopefully soon. We haven’t seen the demand increase yet for rentals, but hopefully this will change soon. With the number of foreclosures hitting the market you’d think the demand for housing would increase amongst renters, but not quite yet. The rental market changes on a dime, compared to the sales market, so hopefully after the winter holidays, we will see the rental market demand increase.
